Alur Penanganan Perkara

Klien mengisi formulir konsultasi untuk memberikan gambaran awal mengenai permasalahan hukum.

Tim kami meninjau informasi yang diberikan, kemudian mengirimkan balasan resmi berisi analisis awal, kebutuhan dokumen, serta estimasi biaya penanganan perkara.

Jika klien setuju, dilakukan pertemuan (tatap muka atau daring) untuk verifikasi data dan penandatanganan surat kuasa.

Setelah surat kuasa ditandatangani, tim profesional kami mulai menangani perkara sesuai prosedur hukum yang berlaku.

Case Handling Flow

The client fills out the consultation form to provide an initial overview of their legal matter.

Our team reviews the submitted information and sends an official response containing a preliminary analysis, required documents, and an estimated case-handling fee.

If the client agrees, a meeting (in-person or online) is conducted to verify details and complete the signing of the power of attorney.

Once the power of attorney is signed, our professional team proceeds with the case handling in accordance with the applicable legal procedures.
